(NC Wildlife & Earth and Environmental Science Teachers but all science teachers are welcome) Research shows teaching outside reduces stress levels and improves both behavior and test scores in students. However, teaching outdoors can be a challenge for students and teachers alike. This workshop addresses the barriers to teaching outside, and will offer skills and resources to help you overcome them.
